Hyatt kept prototype guitars in his office to get feedback from dealers and players, with the thought of using their input in future designs. Hyatt worked closely with George Fullerton and Leo Fender on designs. Hyatt who was a close friend and partner of Leo Fender in the G&L guitar company. Comes with the Original Cedar Creek hard-shell case. It shows no cracks or repairs, and the blue sunburst finish is without pick, buckle, thumb or fingerboard wear. Lovingly maintained since purchase, this handsome guitar is in mint condition. The result is an instrument unique in playability, tonal response, and aesthetics. Binding is ebony and northern maple with "The Tree" mahogany appointments from the legendary mahogany tree. The top is Italian spruce and the back, sides and neck are European flamed maple. It also features custom appointed interior construction, Deluxe accented tailpiece, pickguard and bridge. This Oval Hole was ordered with trapdoor side sound holes. However, this does not stop Mirabella from incorporating his own innovative ideas and designs to his instruments. Mirabella Guitars continues the New York Tradition and style of building.
